This place is gorgeous and well organized. I went here at 640 pm on September 4, 2025. My birthday. I wanted to purchase sauce for my home, staff and my friends. I am Panamanian and a hot sauce girl. I purchase pepper at every state and in every country I travel to. When we walked in the girl had her head down and didn’t even acknowledge us. She was busy on her phone. Where do I start???? The young lady in the inside was extremely rude and unprofessional the time on the door sign stated they opened at 10am and it was 10:20 when we approached the main entrance and she rolled her eyes at paying customers and then stated “we’re open I’m just not opening the door until she puts everything out for sale” which should’ve been done before 10am and she made several customers wait for her own careless mistake when it came to her being on time for work HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS AND SHE’S COSTING Y... read more
I love my hot sauces!!! Customer service was amazing. They offer shipping which is cool as we were visiting from out of state.
Visited today and I'm very happy with my hot sauce and service. But by all seriousness please respect your employees by not forcing them to listen to a musical playlist devoted to hot sauce so the entirety of their working lives. Dystopian nightmare fuel
