This store is an absolute embarrassment. Not a single associate greeted me or made any attempt to help... they just stood behind the counter like customers were an inconvenience. When I finally asked for assistance, I was lazily dismissed with “If it’s not on the floor, we probably don’t have it,” instead of anyone doing their job and actually checking. The attitude was rude, the effort nonexistent, and the professionalism laughable. I walked out without buying a thing and have zero intention of returning.

Crazy lady. hot sauce getting to her brain, accuses someone of stealing a bottle that wasn’t even touched by anyone. Touched a different one 7 inches away, and shows 2 pixel camera showing nobody took anything. Cop sided with us cause he sees that it did not happen. Banned from store. Who would steal hot sauce?
My spice tolerance is almost nonexistent, so I purchased a few items as gifts for a family member who actually has the spice tolerance to survive the spice. Went there around the first week of October, my husband’s good friend drove us there. I was mesmerized with the vast variety of sauces, wishing I had even an ounce of spice tolerance. The staff I spoke to was very sweet, very knowledgeable about the merchandise and I really hope to go there again to see more of their products.
