We stopped by the pepper palace at National Harbor and we greeted by the whole team, Delores, Gee Wiz, yes you have to smile when you say his name and yes he is a wiz at what he does and the new kid Eddie who was just as sweet as pie! We went in for a gift for our grill master neighbor, and left with4 dry rubs and 2 hot sauce and thanks to Eddie who informed us that we can customize our own gift pack, when he saw our indescion between sauces.Delores is amazing and helped guide us thru all the choices, can't give this place e... read more

Store is stocked, employees could use some training
Would highly recommend great selection
This store is awesome. Fully stocked with stuff and can sample the different sauces. The salesman in there was so helpful and funny too. Edit: Returned a year later, and this still holds true! Zander was super helpful when we were trying to find a birthday present for my dad. A really enjoyable shopping experience, and I will be back again when the holidays roll around.
