Horrible. Canceled my policy in August of '25. Called again in September only to find out that they had not canceled my policy. Now I get a phone call from a debt collector saying I owe them $200+. These people are crooks. If you want to be treated right in any way DO NOT USE PEPPER AND JOHNSTONE!
