Made an appointment and went in to get a quote on my insurance, spent about an hour going over what we needed - vehicles, RV, home, rental home, umbrella. Left thinking they would get me a quote- completely ghosted, no call, no return text, no email. If they were unable to insure us, or if they were higher than what I was currently paying with USAA & Allstate, a quick notification of some kind would be the professional way to handle it.
Casandra was absolutely wonderful to work with: knowledgeable, courteous, quick to respond to texts and phone calls, and very patient in answering the (many) questions I had about securing homeowner's insurance for my elderly dad's property. Disappointed to find the only insurer if you go with both homeowners insurance and car insurance. Maybe one policy to them isn't worth it
