This is exactly what you would expect from a 1830s B&B in Cape Cod! A sweet place, centrally located in Brewster MA, walkable to Brewster Store and the Brewster Scoop and a short maybe 5min drive to MULTIPLE public beaches in Brewster. Also easy access to other parts of the Cape. The house itself has perfect amenities for a B&B- screened in porch, easy breakfast, nice deck, FANTASTIC water pressure (to those that appreciate that type of stuff) and PARKING with the ease of coming and going. The inn needs a good cleaning. No comfortable place to sit outside of your room. Breakfast was very minimal. Outside sitting area had old metal chairs with no cushions available.

Debbie was a gracious host providing good conversation and a very lovely omelette breakfast. The history of the establishment was amazing. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the mattress and pillows were so comfy. Would definitely recommend this establishment if in Brewster. Close to many attractions.
