The house we bought was listed by the Pepper Group. In a word, they were unprofessional. It started with a lack of communication. Neither our agent or the sellers themselves could get a hold of the real estate agent at Pepper Group. Eventually, our agent and broker had to assume the entire buying process on themselves after the seller's agent completely dropped the ball.
