I think if you get someone good, it's a great spot. My sister had Jeff, who was amazing. However, I ended up with the woman working at the front desk (I think they may have been short-staffed), and unfortunately she was awful.
Great service and I enjoy every visit. The staff is friendly, professional, and always make the experience relaxing. Highly recommend this place!
I went to Pepper for the first time yesterday and I will definitely be back!! The place is very clean and has real doors (not just curtains, like some other foot spas) which made me feel more comfortable and relaxed. Jeff did my combo massage and it was fantastic - especially the foot reflexology part. He also worked out all the knots on my back - but in a way that didn’t hurt, it felt good! This has been my go-to for years. I suffer from chronic shoulder pain and this is the only place in town that provides relief. They are great about getting you in on short notice. My husband loves getting his back walked on - do not miss out on this experience! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great prices. 5 stars.
Pepper Foot Spa is a hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, the spotless, cozy atmosphere sets the tone for an incredible experience.
