This is my new favorite shop in Carmel by the Sea! I found the most beautiful candle scents and an absolutely gorgeous bag. it! The shop owner was amazing. I will be back every time.
Charming little store with lovely, high-end performance garden supplies like imported Niwaki garden tools -- I was impressed! A great place to pick up things for yourself, or thoughtful garden and home gifts for friends and family. Enchanting all around!
If you see item without a price, be sure to ask what the price is be for you purchase it if you care how much you want to pay. I realize a tourist store in Carmel is not going to be inexpensive, but I thought the framed butterflies would be maybe $150 at the most. My wife purchased them and i wasn’t paying attention (my fault). Other places they’re well under $100. She charged close to $300. Unless they’re rare butterflies?
What a lovely store and thoughtful store owner. My place recently burned down in the Malibu/Palisades fire, and she left me with a little care package of a cute candle, lovely scented soap, and cute espadrilles from France. The shop is uniquely located near the end of the cutest little alleyway called Vandervoort court, which happened to be my grandmother's maiden name.
