Pepper Construction handled a $28 million renovation of my high school, and while everything looked shiny and new on the surface when it was “finished,” it’s already falling apart — and it hasn’t even been that long. Please have your staff learn proper road rules. We had a signal to cross and a man driving a black suv that said “pepper construction” almost hit us with our 3 yr old in the bike trailer, and smiled as he rollled through the turn and squealed his wheels. License plate has been reported.
