I scheduled an appointment with Byrd at least 6 weeks in advance and also purchased hair from her. If you view the website you will see that strict rules apply when booking an appointment. These are rules that the stylist broke herself. My appointment was for 7:00 am. I arrived 10 minutes early after traveling 1 1/2 hours to get to Lafayette.
