Wali went above and beyond after I placed the wrong order (not knowing much about knives). He took the time to help me understand the differences, rectified everything quickly, and made sure my updated order arrived in time. The level of customer service was outstanding, and the product itself is absolutely stunning. A great experience from start to finish — highly recommended.
