On behalf of my 65 yr old mother, "This review is for the staff at Amita Older Adult Health care clinic in Elk Grove- I have yet to see Dr Peplow but met with NP Rowena Abasolo recently and my experience was absolutely phenomenal. From the woman who helped with the initial appointment, I believe her name was Nancy? ( I feel bad I shredded my notes) , to the ladies in the front desk, to NP Abasolo, my experience exceeded my expectation. Everyone was kind, helpful, informative, listened carefully. Thank you!!!"

Yes, she does listen. My friend went to see her last week and was told she is no longer practicing medicine.

Dr. Peplow is an excellent doctor. She actually listens to me when I tell her what's bothering me. The only issue I have, and this might be Alexian wide, is that when I call and leave a message to have someone call me back, they never do. This has happened 3 or 4 times within a 2 month period. Overall great service, but poor customer service when it comes to her supporting staff.

Dr. Peplow is a dynamic physician and I think she is wonderful. It's a pleasure to visit her office because of the quality and friendliness of the staff. I trust her with my healthcare and am so happy to be her patient.

I was referred to Dr Peplow by my cardiologist and the nurses at Alexian Brothers and my first visit was great. She actually took the time to listen to me and I didn't feel rushed. They are on time and everyone in the office is very friendly. I'm so happy to have found a new internist.
