Just wanted to thank Pepins Autowash for their great service recovery. Mechanical malfunctions happen and are understandable, but these guys went above and beyond in 'making the situation right' when it came to a small issue I had recently. They were immediate in their recovery, what they gave me more than covered what I was out, and more than that, the gentleman I spoke with over the phone was sincere, offered an apology and followed through with what he said he would do.
