Wish I could rate a zero! Worst experience ever for an alteration. Offered no refund to brand new dress he ruined that still had the tags on it! Cut away too much fabric and couldn't fix. Said "no charge". Really?? He's a terrible business person. Also kept calling me "baby". I'm NOT your baby. How rude! Made all kinds of excuses that dress had an "overlay" and that made it more difficult to alter etc....I'm callin' bs! I re-ordered exact same dress.
