Everybody there knows what they are doing and in a timely manner, safe trust worthy people who are not ripping you off with prices that make sense if you know about cars.
When I called for a quote in January, I had spoken to a gentleman (in spanish) and was told that thew worst case scenario i'd be looking at 7-800 dollars and that the labor rate was 75/hr. I dropped my car of Saturday and had spoken to the employees in English - then my price jumped up to $1500 and their labor rate is suddenly 30$ higher. I took my CR-V to Pepe’s to get two wheel studs replaced, and he really helped me out. The job wasn’t easy, but he did great work and even gave me a discount without me asking. You can tell he’s a good guy who cares more about helping people than just making money. Super respectful, honest, and does quality work. I’ll definitely be coming back here if I ever need more repairs.
