Definitely not the best company to deal with, but when it’s your only option what do you do? Last winter with no notice they refused to fill our 4 year old oil tank until we got a tank inspection done. Spent nearly $2000 to get someone to come and do the inspection (we are 5 hours away), sent the report to Pepco and they then proceeded to fill a tank at the wrong address which was decommissioned!! They also billed us for it and withdrew the money from our bank, took many weeks to get a refund. We are not setup for auto deliv... read more
