PEPCO is a monopoly that needs to be dismantled and refuse to make investments in their infrastructure and are placing these costs onto their customers. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
They cut the phones off so you have to wash them through the contact us online form and then they reply from a do not reply email address. I put in two contact me forms only to be once contacted by a do not reply email which did not solve my issue and it has been way past 24 hours for the second one I put in. It’s sad.

The power constantly goes out and stays out for hours or days.
SHAMEFUL SHAMEFUL SHAMEFUL Nothing like waiting 7 days when promised 2, to schedule construction service. NO call, NO follow up after the work order. On my FOURTH call today. Got disconnected after giving the details to the service property. 5 minutes of work left AT BEST. NO CALL BACK. NOW I'm on hold for another 60 minutes. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A PUBLIC UTILITY.
