I was diagnosed with PD early-2013. In 2015 I joined PEP4U to receive PD-specific exercise guidance from professional therapists at no cost to me. PEP4U has grown from one small location with three exercise sessions per week to nearly 12 sessions in multiple large-venue locations. Attendance, pre-Covid was reaching 40 per session.
