Jackie is a great therapist. She listens and she has these green tappers you hold in your hands. That really relaxes me. Jackie is very easy to talk too. When I first met her after a couple of sessions. After all the fibromalgia pain and several back problem, and stomach issue. Jackie said it sounded like I had inflammation in the body, probably. I love the AIP and Paleo Recipe Books, really great help with nutrition coaching and I learned many new things I never knew before. Really great resource for AIP Paleo Recipes
