Love this Pep Boys. Mike was super helpful as we came in late in the day with a flat tire. He made sure we were able to get back on the road safely before the storm hit. Give that man a raise!!!
Yesterday my car broke down right in front of this Pep Boys location, and the guys were able to service my car for a reasonable price and in a reasonable time. I was not expecting my car to be ready in less than 12 hours due to a faulty alternator, serpentine belt, etc., but these guys did it in less than 6! I live and work in Maryland, so this was amazing. Thank you, Mike (the gentleman at the front desk) and the tech who worked on my Jeep Patriot; you guys rock, and I am very appreciative!
