Went in for a simple oil change. Was told I needed new shocks. Said I'll wait for my annual inspection, even though Pep Boys said they wouldn't pass. Needless to say car passed inspection without issue. Do not trust these people.

Just passing through back to Iowa and needed a quick oil change. Was surprised I could literally walk in and get one. I did have to wait a bit but there's a lovely waiting area and plenty of room. The reason you're getting 5 stars is because I told yall I was working on fixing the car up and you went ahead and took pics of the parts that need work. No one in Iowa would do that for me. It may be a normal thing for pep boys to do but the extra attention was just *chefs kiss* top tier. I now have a little more things on my list... read more
I wish AutoZone or Frankly any other automotive supplier and repair shop would move in here. The hours suck. Just a strange operation. The store and service center are two different companies. Pep boys is gone!! Yeah
