Not sure what is happening with their service but they lie about customer decline other services which were never offered to me.
What an unexpected kindness! I stopped for some advice about a loose plastic cover under my bumper, and the team was super responsive and quick. They reattached the cover without charge and without an appointment. I will absolutely be back to this service team in the future!
Service was amazing. Highly recommend coming here for services.
2nd UPDATE: Store manager Mike was very receptive and helpful. He and his team apologized for the issues below and quickly worked to remedy them. While I wasn't thrilled with the original service, they get 5 stars for customer service and care! UPDATE: During my first drive of more than a few miles after getting an oil change--two days after the job--my engine splash shield came loose and began to drag on the ground; a screw was missing.
