I usually don't post reviews but I feel if I can help somebody not to end up in the same situation as I did... I saw my truck leaking antifreeze on the 5th of July (Leaking Water pump), made couple calls to dealers trying to get my truck in to fix it but they were few weeks out, so decided to take it here at Pepboys hoping for a quick fix. The manager Mike told me to bring it in that Monday the 7th I did. They checked my vehicle the 8th and there sit for 2 weeks... I appreciate the work that was done, however one of the issues I brought my car in for was not addressed and is still occurring. I understand that sometimes it is busy and when you are shorthanded you may miss some opportunities for follow up[ with the customer, but when I am told that my Car will be ready on Tuesday and do not find out until I call (twice) on Tuesday evening that my car will not be ready until Wednesday is not a good way to keep customers happy and coming back.
My experience at Pep Boys was excellent. The staff was great. They explained the work I was getting done on the car. Will be back soon to get other work done
