Genuinely the most amazing and kind people I have ever met. Came in for an emergency battery change and they did everything they could to squeeze me in before close! If you have a daughter and feel weird about her going to auto body places, know that pep boys will never overcharge them. Natalie is the sweetest person ever. Thank you thank you thank you pep boys. I have been here almost 6 times and never had a bad experience. They even give you informative videos about your car.
I came to this Pep Boys last week to get my AC recharged only and somehow The Mechanic found a way to snap off and break my radiator hose and my radiator. And there response was well it was It’s old and brittle. So I was stuck with the $1600 charge to get my radiator and my hose fixed that I didn’t have any issues with before went there. If I had issues with it. My car would’ve overheated long long ago before I even came here to get my AC fixed.. stay away from this shop.
