Had an appointment confirmed for 12:30 pm Saturday. They called me at 11:30 to tell me their mechanic was on vacation. I had to go to the other Scottsdale location only to find out they have two employees!!! I’m not sure if Pep Boys is on its way out but it sure does seem like it. So sad
I had a great experience here. I needed a quick oil change for a rental car and they were able to take me in and asked me few questions since I didn't know anything about the vehicle. I was in and out within the amount of time it took me to have a virtual team call for work.

I was worried because my car wasn't turning over normally...showed up without an appointment & they fixed it perfectly & quickly. Wonderful staff I feel so safe now.
