My 20 year old nephew takes his chevy into pep boys to get a estimate. They made him Pay $100 to get the estimate for the repairs of a coolant leak and an axel repair. He says yes makes an apt to get the repairs done then drops off the car then get a phone call that it will be $1500 WHY DID HE PAY FOR AN ESTIMATE!! FYI they never even took the car apart so why would they up the estimate with out even start working on the car!!
The shop needs to be overhauled along with upper mgmt. Pep Boys is a terrible company.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dump! It’s in tha hood, the Spanish Fat manager and his buck-toothed ugly sidekick girlfriend running the joint are clown shoes. Red flag people.....stay away!!
