I usually love Pep Boys and tried this newer location closer to home. After I got home I took a close look at my wheels and they had scratched the heck out of them. All four wheels were totally scratched on the entire hub. I called them and was told nothing they could do but the manager would call me back. Never even received a phone call. Terrible service, ruined my wheels, and couldn't even call to apologize.
