RecommendedAfter a few car parts and mechanics places new battery with a broken part later, the guys at Pep Boys in Salem fixed my car and took care of the problem. I will take my car to this place. Thanks guys I will come here from now on. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
These people are so inconsiderate and ignorant. I dropped my car off for an oil change they said they would call me when finished, they’ve been servicing my car for 15 years. Today no call or text so when I think I have to call them they’ve closed. My car is still in their shop. If they couldn’t finish an oil change in a day they should have allowed me to decide if I wanted to leave it overnight. I live 3 counties away jerks.
Very friendly staff... Professional work. Craig very helpful..
