I purchased 4 new tires and when my car was done I checked the new tires before I left. I noticed they broke 1 of the wheel covers. Mechanic didn't even have decency to tell me about it. They just hope you will not notice and leave. I went inside to tell them and they told me the part is like 10$ in Toyota and they will reimburse me. When I got back from Toyota and showed them receipt for 35$ they told me that manager has to approve this and she is not there. They told me to go home and we will call you.
