Yesterday, October 30th, I had to take my daughters car to pep boys because she had a flat and was in serious need for a front end alignment. When we got there Oscar greeted us in a friendly and professional manner. He showed us the different tire options and after we chose the tires we wanted he had them put the new tire on the rim we had brought, we couldn't drive the car there because the spare was flat also, he let us take the tire and rim to the car, we put it on then came back to the store. Thanks Brian for the help and good service. Very helpful folks and made things right. Battery/electrical problems with my old truck. After a new battery didn't fix it, and in fact killed the new battery, they again replaced the battery for no charge and put a new alternator in. When it turned out that the problem wasn't the alternator, they offered to reinstall the old one and refund all, or just charge for the part and leave the new one in. I thought this was very fair.

I walked into Pep Boys, needing a headlight for my car. I told the FIVE employees sitting around the counter that I was looking for a headlamp, hoping they could look up which one I needed. One girls said, "Hey, this guy needs a headlamp," to which one guy replied, "I'm about to go get you lunch." They all then continued to talk amongst themselves as if I had never walked in. Having gotten my oil changed and tires rotated at the Pep Boys store in Tempe, AZ on Oct 3. I then drove back to Sierra Vista. On Monday both the maintenance light and the low pressure light came on. I took the vehicle into the Pep Boys location on Fry Blvd. There they reviewed the vehicle. They were able to turn off the maintenance light. However, the low pressure light remained.
