My car battery was close to death this morning. I called at 8am asking how much it costs to have a new battery installed (not knowing they didn't have a service department). They simply said they'd take care of it. I showed up around 8:30, one of the employees grabbed a battery and installed it himself. I was out the door before 9am. Employees were very helpful but the new manager is a joke, he treated his employees really bad while they helped me, yet he never knew any answers to my questions. I would avoid this store because of this manager, there is a Auto Zone on the other side of the 45 anyway.
This store carries far more in stock than there competitors. If they dont stock it they can get it. Staff is very helpful
