I brought my car in for an appointment today. They called beforehand so i thought they were ready and was surprised i ended up having to go wander the building to find a michanic over 14 min past the time my appointment was suppsoed to start, he was sitting in a back corner of the shop playing on his phone, he went and found the front desk guy to come help me.
