They can't give an accurate wait time. I understand that it's a weekend. I understand that you might be short staffed, but make your customers aware of the potential wait time.
Oil change was fine. Normal attempts at up selling crap. THEN your boy at the counter told me my one month old windshield wipers needed to be replaced. I thought you were better than that Pep Boys. Get it together or I won't be back.
Pep Boys amazing new Synthetic oil change. Go in one day, the following day it is all over your garage floor!! Totally worth the $80.00. Hurry in, only good while supplies last!!!!
The appointment was at 10:00 AM is 12:30 and the car still on the parking lot.... Still waiting
I recently went to Pep Boys to purchase new seat covers for my vehicle, which is 9 years old, and the seats are difficult to fit. I met a store associate, Steve, who was the most helpful associate I have met in quite a while. He researched different styles and sizes to see which would fit my vehicle the best, and even let me take the covers out to the vehicle to try them on to make sure they fit before I purchased them. He was considerate, pleasant and thorough, and made the experience enjoyable. Thank you Steve!
Called and got estimates on my car and made an appointment. Spoke with Shawn both times. I show up for the appointment and he attempts to check me in. They do not have necessary parts for the vehicle and can't get them. THEN when he asked who I spoke to and I told that I spoke with him.....he calls me a liar!!!!!! Lack of customer service is one thing but this was above and beyond just bad!!!!
