I just had the most amazing experience at my Brandon Pep Boys with Jeffrey and Brad. They were so helpful I was relieved. I came in with a flat tire, barely got to their location and they greeted me with smiles and said they would help me with whatever I needed. I actually needed a new air valve on the tire, but their speed at working to fix my tire amazed me. I will have a wonderful afternoon now that they made my day much brighter. I recently went to Pep Boys to purchase new seat covers for my vehicle, which is 9 years old, and the seats are difficult to fit. I met a store associate, Steve, who was the most helpful associate I have met in quite a while. He researched different styles and sizes to see which would fit my vehicle the best, and even let me take the covers out to the vehicle to try them on to make sure they fit before I purchased them. He was considerate, pleasant and thorough, and made the experience enjoyable. Thank you Steve!
