I just had the most amazing experience at my Brandon Pep Boys with Jeffrey and Brad. They were so helpful I was relieved. I came in with a flat tire, barely got to their location and they greeted me with smiles and said they would help me with whatever I needed. I actually needed a new air valve on the tire, but their speed at working to fix my tire amazed me. I will have a wonderful afternoon now that they made my day much brighter. Witness poor service to another customer while waiting to get my car serviced. Decided then to take my car else where, before they touched my car. Didn't seem they cared.
Bad customer service ,they don't honor online appointments.

on 11/29 i was compketely disrespected by manager, call corporate office and still getting the run around. They are unprofessional and slowful in response and contact. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
Four hours is way too long to spend trapped at Pep Boys. Don't believe them when they tell you they can get you in soon. I go to Pep Boys because it is a fleet account and a company van. I will never got to Pep Boys again unless I have someone picking up me, and I am just dropping my can off. I will never wait on them while they work on my van. Their customer service sucks. If you are not even going to pull my van in for an hour and twenty minutes, do not tell me you can get me in soon.
These ppl are a joke I took my truck there for a alignment 2 times and it was worse than before I took not to mention they made a set of 600 dollars go bald in a month you contact customer care and that's a even bigger waste of time I wouldn't let them work on a lawn mower horrible service and customer service
