This pep boys is very rude. Today while shopping here I tried asking where the oil was but two managers and another associate were standing in a group at the front talking about the Baylor football game. I am absolutely disgusted by how the manager on duty in the evenings treats customers! I'm fed up with him talking to me as if I am stupid or blowing me off because he is "on a tight schedule." The cashier is continuously covering for him and apologizing for his behavior and making excuses for him like he's had a long day, when in fact I know his attitude stays the same each day no matter what because I shop here a lot.
