This pep boys is very rude. Today while shopping here I tried asking where the oil was but two managers and another associate were standing in a group at the front talking about the Baylor football game. So I decided to find it on my own, I was walking around lost and this kind young lady asked if I need help, her hands were full and she was walking towards the phones that were ringing but she stopped what she was doing and took me directly to the oil row and asked if I needed anything else. I am absolutely disgusted by how the manager on duty in the evenings treats customers! I'm fed up with him talking to me as if I am stupid or blowing me off because he is "on a tight schedule." The cashier is continuously covering for him and apologizing for his behavior and making excuses for him like he's had a long day, when in fact I know his attitude stays the same each day no matter what because I shop here a lot.
