Good service Chuck is awesome
Absolutely lied to my face several times over a simple issue to diagnos. Had a blown head gasket. For pep boys is was easier to say it was my radiator and scam 830$ from me. Every time I brought it back to say it's still leaking they lied to my face and said it was a clamp. Total garbage company. Garbage lying scumbag mechanics. Chaplain Branamen 9413019878. Call me I will gladly tell you how when I complained they said leave or they will call the cops. Go anywhere else but Pep Boys.
Excellent service have been going to get my tires and other services there for 3 years
Called for quote. Told them need 4 rotors and pads all around. was told 430-440 bucks. Week later called for appointment and confirm price. Quoted me over 900 bucks. Told supervisor last week it was 430 bucks. Then he quoted me prices on rotors, pads ect. I can buy them for much less at a local new parts store. Used themonce in the past. 4 new tires. 2 weeks front left was flat. Put air in it and ran to local garage. The said it was never sealed. The took off rim sealed it and no problems since.
