I had a great experience at Pep Boys. Michael was amazing—he got me in quickly and took care of both my alternator replacement and oil change without any issues. The price was fair, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
Good service
Today was my first experience with this PEP Boys location (I recently moved to this area). Toni helped me with my "Check Engine" light situation. He was friendly and extremely patient. Toni is highly knowledgeable, thorough and bright. He was extremely helpful.
Had to get my vehicle towed here. Had all four tires replaced. Next day the brand new front driver side tire is flat. They sold me a tire with a leaky valve stem. Avoid this place.
My experience was great. George and Michael were kind, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about what my car needed. They explained everything to me in details and were extremely patient with all of my questions. They also informed me on other things my vehicle needed and did and amazing job at fixing my vehicle. I was able to get it the very next day at an affordable rate and I loved their service. I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends in the future.
