Car was taken in for oil change, immediately after driving home car begin to cut off whenever stopped. Was not doing this before oil change. Over the next couple of days car continued to cut off and stalling. Returned to location so the could retrace steps to make sure everything was replaced correctly and no issues with performed oil change. Service guy insisted it was not oil change and something else. Immense gratitude and appreciation is what I have for this place. I noticed low tire pressure on one of the tires and I stopped by. Owner, Mike, was fantastic in accommodating me. The service was fast and reliable. Mike was so generous that he did not charge me for this service because he found out I was new in town. I am incredibly delighted and recommend this place to everyone. From now on, Pep Boys on 210 is the only place where I will take my car.
Hands down, the worse car experience I've had. There quality of work is awful. I had to take my car there 5 times for the same repair. Two failed parts and 3 bad installs. I'm not sure what happened when RPM sold to Pep Boys but I would avoid this shop. Their prices are also insane. Do not use them.
I scheduled an appointment for 4:30 pm, but when I arrived, they made me wait for an hour and then told me they couldn't fix my tire because they are busy with other cars. They suggested I return the next morning and assured me they would secure my appointment. This was the worst service I've ever experienced, and I definitely do not recommend this place.
Broke parts off our show car 2019 scat pack, snapped battery tabs off instead of pushing in the clip, drove around with hood open and battery charger hanging out on the fender. Lied and said they would replace parts and they did nothing. If you value your car, avoid them.
