It's hit or miss. The first couple of times I came here, the service was fine. Not stellar, but standard for these types of places. But today, with an oil change I'd made an appointment for, it took them over 2 hours. No idea what took so long. When they were finally done they had forgotten to give me a new oil sticker AND they forgot to reset my oil change light. Y'all it's literally not this hard. What else did you forget to do? Next time I'm going to save the $200 and do it myself - and I'll probably be able to do it fast... read more
2 hours and 15 minutes for 6 quarts of oil with a pre-scheduled appointment. Ridiculous! I spoke to staff twice. I had another thing to get to, and was repeatedly dismissed. Two hours and 15 minutes before I got my vehicle back. I was late to my next appointment find somewhere else.
Fabulous experience. Just popped in for an oil change, staff was was very friendly, very Knowledgeable, and a quick turnaround time. Oh, and the bathrooms are squeaky clean!
Amazing and quick service!!! Highly recommend!!!
