Beware of using this place! Had a Simple tire change and balance. It was not correct and when I called back to try and get it resolved whoever I spoke with who had an attitude problem apparently told me to not bring it back! So I had to pay the dealership to correct the problem. Nothing like paying twice due to incompetence.
I am Dennis Manus's wife. I wanted to post this. He went to Pep Boys this morning and waited over 2 hours, which he was told if he came before 10:30am they could change his sensor in his truck.After about 2hrs. A guy came out, said its a bad sensor. Dennis said I know that. I told you that. Now its almost 1pm..The guy told him it would be around 160.00 when initially he was told a different amount. He just told the guy to put the tire back on his truck and he would never be back. Especially with the dishonesty that was shown... read more
Went in for a state inspection and the staff was friendly & courteous. And the service was fast. Will return for sure.
