Efficient and thorough Great service experience.
I am very nice and overly friendly for the most part. When I walked In, the person at the counter looked up at me so I told him my name, he said I’ll get to you in a minute. I’m finishing this ticket first. I said OK.l no problem. When he was done I gave him my name again and he asked if I was waiting or if I was dropping the car off. I told him I planned to drop it off and wait. I was bringing my son‘s car for inspection. He’s turned to the guy beside him and asked how long the weight would be. Mark and the team here were super helpful! They recommended some additional optional fixes and we're timely and well priced. Easy appointment setting as well! Will definitely be coming back for routine maintenance and tire changes.
Unprofessional. Booked an appointment online for state inspection and when showed up, they say they don’t offer inspections on Sundays. Then why don’t they say so on their site or while booking an appointment? How can they let book appointment if they don’t offer the service? Also saw a note in the store that they charge extra $50 for EVs (for safety?) also attached is the screenshot of email I got after I visited them. Shamelessly they claim I could not make the appointment!
