Paid 700 dollars for an oil change, front brake replacement, and to check one of my coolant/service lights, and they ended up making my car worse. I drove 30 minutes to the store, but when I arrived, the staff told me they could not honor the appointment and said that online appointments are not working and that they do not accept online appointments. The manager Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable He gave me some recommendations that I’ll be back to get taken care of. Justin the technician was very professional and showed me specifically what needed to be changed. Brakes and shocks need to be replaced Kevin gave me an estimate and I’ll be back in a couple of weeks to get them replaced Great shop and I’m going to recommend my daughter to come in and get her oil changed
After waiting almost 3 hours in the store, they told me that my order had not yet been approved, but I had seen that it had been approved more than an hour earlier.
