Pep Boys is the worst scam shop I’ve ever dealt with. I brought my car in and clearly told them the issue, but they said they couldn’t diagnose it unless it started—then tried to hustle me into buying a $200 battery I didn’t need. I brought them gas, and they still tried to tell me the car had no fuel. The next day, they claimed they ran tests but couldn’t figure out the problem—so how the hell do you get test results if the car doesn’t start? This place has always been amazing. Mr Donelson diagnosed the problem, and Mr Talal fixed it without any issues. Impressive level of expertise. Very honest and thorough. Highly recommended!

Listen—I rolled into Pep Boys thinking I’d be ignored, overcharged, and emotionally scarred. But nope. Michael and his crew said “Not today, honey.” They diagnosed my car faster than I diagnose drama, didn’t try to upsell me a spaceship, and even made me laugh while I panicked about high prices Professional, funny, and way too good at their jobs. Give that man a raise and maybe a crown. Will 100% come back the next time my car throws a tantrum. Thanks guys hope you have a great work week
