Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend! I recently had a flat tire and went to Pep Boys at 1314 W. Grand Ave. (Store #6667). I explained to the manager, Pablo, that I needed to pick up my grandchildren by 1:00 PM and asked if they could possibly help me quickly. Pablo was absolutely amazing—he saw the two car seats in my vehicle and made it a priority to get me back on the road. Francisco, the technician who worked on my car, was also fantastic. Mike was awesome - Car running very well. In a world were customer service has died, It is wonderful to find someone that has awesome customer service skills. Mike is a gem and Pep boys is lucky to have him!
Anthony and Francisco went above and beyond for me with my tire. They were so helpful and quick. 10/10 would recommend!!
I'm mad I didn't look at the reviews before going to this location. This place has horrible service. I took my car in on Tuesday because the check engine light was on. Told them I will leave it and reach out to them on Wednesday because they were closing in 2hrs. I called the next day only for them not to know which vehicle was mine. They never even looked at it.
