After 3 1/2 hours of me being here for four tires they are still working on. It have not installed any tires yet and put another vehicle in front of mine that came in after me.

I bought 4 tires from Pepboys in April 2025. My tires were supposed to come with a warranty which is why I purchased them and is advertised in the store. My tire had a flat recently and they told me yesterday that it was because of a nail but I had to pay out of pocket because my tires had no warranty. They told me that the employee who originally sold me my tires did not click the button to add the warranty at the time of purchase and because of HIS mistake they could not fix it. Warranty work needed, and the location’s manager Marlon has been the absolute best advocate. I am appreciative of the attention to detail and support during this stressful process. ETA for most recent service: Went back to this location for routine maintenance that turned into more than I expected 😭. Nevertheless, Mr. Ken was kind and an absolute pleasure.
