Made a 12:30 appointment. Got referred here from the other Conyers Pep Boys since they were not confident in servicing my car but was told my appointment would still be honored to the best of their abilities. Got to this store by 12:35PM and I’m still sitting at 2:45 PM. I get up to go ask for an update (after two hours without a word) only to get told there were multiple people in front of me to get their AC checked and they haven’t even started and it will be at least 1.5 hours.
