Pep boys as been my go-to since I was 19…I’m 37. I went in for a routine oil change and they called me and told me my brakes needed to be replaced. I drive an older car so I said go ahead. Two weeks later the brakes start grinding…like metal on metal…teeth gnashing grinding. Drove me crazy. Took it back and they told me it was my back brakes. I knew better.
