**THEY LOST MY CAR.** Brought my car in for major work and was unexpected hospitalized shortly afterward (I had a kidney transplant last year and developed a major virus). The car was left up there, but no work was done, and they left a message while I was in the hospital that I needed to pick up my car or they were going to have it towed (understandable).
