Needs to work on customer service skills! I come to this location because of convenience and this maybe my last. The way they deal with female customers is insane and im trying my best not to use the black card but when you see others getting regular conversations how can i not. My appointment was at 8am arrived at 7:45 “we can try to see you…other people had 7am appointments”. Mark and the crew there at Ga 20 1717 Mcdonough Highway ALWAYS do a great job. I took my Sentra in on Saturday morning to have a tire repaired if possible. I arrived at 730 am and by 8 am the issue was diagnosed. Since I was aware that my tires were close to needing replaced Mark at the desk made the sale of Coopers 4 for the price of 3. Ace mechanic noted that one rim was irregular and would need to be replaced soon. They are a great crew. I was gone by 930am 4 tires balanced and aligned.
