MARLON at this location is a terrible representation for this company! He thinks he is better than individual a look down upon people. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years now but this dude is very rude and if you think your better then people you should go open your own business instead of chasing customers away
I called today and spoke with MARK and let him know I was having an issue with my vehicle's suspension that also required programming after the shock was replaced and asked if that is a repair Pep Boys could assist with. He stated yes. I asked if I could bring my car in for them to take a look at it which he responded yes again. I forgot to come back to get the air filter replaced like I said I would & 3 months had passed! The service specialist checked it & all is running great now! I always depend on Pep Boys!
Manager was nice. Tech working on car lied about stuff that wasn't broke. Thank god i had a friend who knows cars and probably saved me $500 in fake repairs
