poor service
I would not recommend this location at all customer service is terrible. The manager Mike was rude they offered no kind of resolution to fix my problem when it was something that happened while my car was in there hands. They don’t know how to talk to there customers. There is no way a manager should be telling a customer instead of blaming us you need to blame the place where you got your car from. I give them a no star rating that is one of the most awful customer service place ever. They talked to my daughter very rude and disrespectful plus messed her car so bad she had to get it towed to Firestone and that's where they fixed the problem. They need to have better people working there that enjoy their job and also no how to talk to customers. Mike and Thomas are not trained to work with the public. Never going back there and if I was you don't go ever.
