Was great when it opened, but now they charge exorbitant rates for "fixes" that don't fix your problem and then want to charge you just to look at what they didn't fix again. Their warranties are worthless. Avoid!
What a great service shop! The guys at Pep Boys have previously fixed two of my tires, replacing one. Both great experiences. Today I went in with a nail in my tire. They explained it couldn't be patched give where the nail went in and it would have to be replaced. They brought the tire in and showed it to me as they explained. They also said it was a tire they couldn't order but gave me all of the information I needed to order the tire myself.
