Stopped by with car trouble and the guy acted like he didn't want to help me. So I won't be back
Had a poor experience here late last year. Went to these guys twice for oil changes and tires and the experiences were great. The front manager was incredibly helpful. However, on our third experience with this Pep Boys, the mechanic working on my vehicle lacked respect and professionalism when explaining why he couldn't figure out what was wrong with my vehicle - he literally shouted to his coworkers that I was being outlandish for asking how long the inspection would take (this was six hours into the "inspection"). Kyle and Jimmy are hands down the best! Can’t say enough good things about this Pep Boys! Come visit them you will not be disappointed!
Mike, my service technician is very knowledgeable and friendly. Even though I live in Greer South Carolina, I will bring my car to this Pep Boys every time it needs servicing. I feel like I was treated fairly and truthfully!
