Unbelievably understaffed. To the point that this business should not take any appointments, ever. Brought a car in for a tire patch, with an appointment time.. they took 5 and a half hours! Very slow to even provide assistance at the front counter. It would be understandable(but still ridiculous) to wait that long if this was a walk in service request, but this was a pre booked appointment. This place is great! From the affordable prices of the oil change, brake pad replacement and new wipers I had done to the fact that when I went back the next day because I was missing a vanity cover for my back wipers, they were so helpful, apologetic and immediately offered to order me a new one. Big shout out to Scott and Kyle in particular. These guys are friendly and hilarious. 10/10 recommend!
I can't recommend this shop enough! We came in thinking our car had an alternator problem, but instead of replacing parts we didn't need, they took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and honestly told us they couldn't find any issue. The price for the inspection was very fair, and they explained everything clearly, gave us helpful tips on how to take better care of our car, and treated us with kindness and respect throughout the visit. Had tred separation on our way home, about 700 miles away. On 4th of July, they were open, manager was beyond kind, turned on cartoons for our kids, got us in and out, got us a deal of a tire and wipers. 10/10 service here.
