Had tred separation on our way home, about 700 miles away. On 4th of July, they were open, manager was beyond kind, turned on cartoons for our kids, got us in and out, got us a deal of a tire and wipers. 10/10 service here.
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had getting tires. Been buying tires for 30 years on many vehicles. Had to go back to the shop 6 TIMES! Tried 2 sets of tires, asked them to rebalance, switched to the highest level tires they sell and still have a worse ride than when I came in on worn out tires. I spent double what I expected and now will go someplace else to fix the problem.
Understaffed but still made time to put a new tire on my rim so I could get my car back on the road. Super helpful and courteous. If they're this cool with barely anybody working I can't imagine how good they'll be when they're fully staffed.
While traveling, a Pepboy's in another state cross stripped the lugs on my wheels. I was having problems with the tires vibrating so I stopped in the Pepboys on Electric road. The showed me the damage, corrected it and didn't bill me for the service.
