5 months later after getting a real alignment and doing no other repairs and my tires are wearing as they should! Highly recommend Parkers tire and auto . Was told by pep boys my struts were causing them to wear prematurely.. same struts and they were fine. Update... my tires were " discounted still 345.00 after their mistake. The best service in Atlanta
So before they switched over to whatever service they are now, I would bring my fleet truck here for an oil change, no issues id be in an out in about an hour. Whoever the bigger gentleman i just spoke with, had a horrible attitude. Will no longer use this pepboys and have my boss who knows someone higher up let them know about this. Absolutely ridiculous.
Brought my truck in for a possible warped rotor in the process they destroyed my rear drum brakes and said it would be $1000 to replace something they broke Explained to them rear brakes were perfect coming in sent me away with no brakes cause i wasnt gonna pay $1000 for something they broke had to drive to tire kingdom
