Booked by call ctr. They never contacted the store. Told a 2.5 hr minimum wait upon arrival. Rescheduled mount 2 new tires and balance 4 tires. TOOK 1HR 40 MINS over $100. Not sure if the front wheels were balanced properly steering wheel shakes. Very inconvenient to have to go back and verify proper balance. How can I trust them a second time. Tires inflated to 40lbs...ITS A 3500. Constant vulgar foul curse words being used by staff, like it was their job. Unacceptable.
Will never take a vehicle there again. Truck was left in parking lot for 7 weeks for a fuse box repair and air conditioning repair. Neither was fixed and after waiting almost two months just took the vehicle back.
Only shop around that can do camber alignment? I took my truck here to get said alignment. After getting my truck back the wheels were still obviously out of alignment, my wheels are cambered hard and my wheel doesn't sit straight going down the road, and it pulls hard still. Mind you I had the ENTIRE front end done. All brand new suspension. Wasted pretty much $200 for my truck to remain the same...thanks
They were very busy on the weekend, but they were accomodating and had good communication throughout. The customer service turned this into an excellent experience. My break pads and rotors were changed and my car is running better than ever. Thanks to the staff who were professional throughout the process.
