EDIT: I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. After having work done on my truck at Pep Boys just six days prior, I discovered the battery tie-down strap had been reversed. This caused the strap to loosen, allowing the battery to shift and pull the body ground wire from its connection point. While checking a fuse at AutoZone, I noticed the issue, where a technician confirmed the battery strap was improperly installed.
