Excellent Service 💯
I would like to share with you an experience I had at Pep Boys. This was my second time coming to them for an oil change. I had a great time especially with The Dustin the manager he provided a great service and recommendation to help Me make sure my vehicle was ready for a Long trip. Dustin recommended that I get the top off fluids option. I also saw him engage with other customers with respect And patience. My car went in for a new starter when I got it back the service engine light was on and the car is rumbling as I was driving it. I paid a hefty amount for service so I brought it back because that is not how I gave them my car. And I use my car for work, I know how it feels when you drive, I didn’t feel safe driving it after I paid and received my keys. Michelle at the front desk was great but I’m hoping the car situation can be rectified. As I do come to this location for service and never had a problem until today.
I didn't have an appointment, and they still took care of me fairly quickly. Good people and service, can't ask for much more. Shoutout to Dustan. Provided a lot of great info and wonderful customer service.
Staff was very helpful, everything was explained in a helpful manner
