If I could give 100 stars I would! Byron was absolutely amazing. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He went above and beyond, I couldn't be any happier with this shop. I had a hiccup with a warranty but Byron went through all the hoops they threw at him and handled it all wonderfully. This is the best place to get your car worked on! Thank you!
The service there was very very good. They were patient with me in asking questions. Because I know I can be irritating because of my age. They provided me with a way lower price than if I went to the dealer. Excellent service. I always go here for any of my car needs. I've been to other Pep Boys in different cities in California that I've lived in. This one in Hesperia off Bear Valley is the Superior one of them. The best!
$3500 last week and it breaks down again. This time they want $5600 to repair. So I had my car towed back home to sit.

I couldn’t have been happier when all said and done I thought I was going to have a very expensive situation on my air conditioner for my car I asked for an evaluation first think I needed to replace my compressor and condenser and to my surprise it came to 3 loose plugs and a top off on the Freon. Omg. Awesomeness. I wasn’t overcharged for the evaluation and top. Very reasonable costs. I will definitely use them again for my next issues with my car. Thank you guys.
