Absolutely the best! I came in and they diagnosed my vehicle and fixed it properly 💯 I would definitely recommend
Went in for a leaking coolant system and an out tail light. Gave me free diagnostic (blown head gasket, leaking hoses) and they did some of the repairs for free and recommended me to a place with the machines to fix the head gasket. Didnt charge me anything, made things very easy. I highly recommend coming here!!
I made an impromptu stop at Pep Boys because my headlight was out. It had been an ongoing issue, and I wanted someone to take a look to make sure there wasn’t some electrical problem. Despite not having an appointment, they were able to look at it and fix it quickly. Thanks for the help, Ape and Mike!
Worst experience at Pep Boys in this location. Booked an appointment for Monday, July 21. Told them beforehand that I need my Nissan Altima's washer fluid bottle replaced. Said they'll get it on Wednesday. Arrived on Wednesday, they got the wrong model. Told me that they'll get the right one on Saturday, to which I said I won't be here on Saturday and I can come on Monday again and they were totally fine with it. They did great job, little slow but I rather have done right, & wait. The guys were nice and helpful, my Silverado drives & brakes great!!
