Made appointment online, store manager was confused and belittled me saying I’m wrong and must of booked an appointment at a different place. Eventually he figured it out, said they didn’t have time for an oil change right now but I could leave my car and they’d take care of it when they can. 6 hours with no update, called and they said it’s been done but “forgot” to update it. Said they’d replenish wiper fluid but forgot. For higher than average prices, you’d think they would put more care in there work and treat customers ... read more
