Made appointment online, store manager was confused and belittled me saying I’m wrong and must of booked an appointment at a different place. Eventually he figured it out, said they didn’t have time for an oil change right now but I could leave my car and they’d take care of it when they can. 6 hours with no update, called and they said it’s been done but “forgot” to update it. Requested services from appointment booking were not completed. I was not consulted about the requested services upon arrival. Different oil type was used than was requested.
They were very honest and friendly about what needed to be done with my car.
