Took my car here for service and some unforseen mechanical problems occurred during service However they went above and beyond to make sure That I as a customer was taken care of and to ensure that my vehicle was back in tip top shape. Also Made sure I had a rental vehicle for transportation while my car was down.
They are very nice, patient, and trustworthy.
Very friendly staff and accommodating. I needed to work on my laptop while waiting and WiFi was not working. Manager rebooted the system and was super helpful.

I ordered tires from tire rack to have them installed here. It took about 5 hrs. Not cool. Their kid asked me where my locking lug was . I told him it's in the center console. So after hours of waiting, get my car back and get home and locking lug was not put back. Called and was told it's should be in the car or on the seat. It was not.
