I had an amazing experience at Pep Boys thanks to Nah (front-end representative) and Jesse (automobile technician)! Nah went above and beyond to fight with my car’s warranty company to make sure every issue with my vehicle was covered and fixed properly. His dedication, communication, and persistence were truly impressive. Jesse did excellent work on my car and made sure everything ran smoothly afterward. The service Personnel was very nice and went the extra steps to help me out I was not acknowledged when I first got in and waited about 4 or 5 minutes before he acknowledged me , but the front desk person was very nice and professional estimate for a brake job was crazy high to me but the tires I got in service was very reasonable.
I recently had an issue arise that resulted from work I had done in my car at PepBoys. The manager Mike, did an excellent job in resolving the issue in a timely manner. He arranged for my car to be towed to the shop, and got the necessary repairs done quickly. The team at this location are friendly and knowledgeable.
