They replaced the brakes on my Q7 Audi and did a fantastic job. From the moment I booked the appointment, the service was outstanding—not just the mechanics, but the whole team. Very professional and helpful. Thanks again, Pep Boys!
Out of state traveling....had a nail in tire....Alex was short 2 employees....and the bays were full...because we needed to keep driving, he had the tire fixed and we were back on the road in less than 45 minutes. Alex was kind, gracious, and took the time to help 2 out of staters keep moving....the cost??? SOOO much cheaper than if we were home. Thank you Alex -- for caring about how you represent your business!!!!
Set an appointment ahead of time for 8:30am. Showed up at 8:05am. It is now 9:12 and haven’t heard a word from anyone. Very unprofessional. What’s the point of making an appointment?
Came in thinking my brake pads and rotors possibly needed replaced, they checked and found it wasn’t that serious - just needed my tires rebalanced and replaced all 4 of my tpms sensors at a great price (beat a competitors price). Excellent customer service. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.
