Pep boys had my car for 6 days for what they said was a 4 hour fix. They did not end up fixing my car at all, after me paying $2,000 for fixes to my spark plugs and coils when the fuel injectors are what really needed to be replaced before them. I had to call them for updates, they never reached out. If you are a woman apparently they think you are a joke and treat you low priority. So if you want to overpay for them to not actually fix anything and wait a week for a simple repairs, go to pep boys. They are horrible
We were 57 days into an epic road trip from Florida to Alaska and are now making our way down the Pacific Coast before heading home to Florida. I was quoted work I did not request. Alignment. Never talked about that. Requested to replace a broken motor mount. I was told they could only replace all for, and would not replace just one.
I've been bringing my car here for a while and I'm always happy with the service. I recently got an oil change, and Alex and his crew were friendly, professional, and got me back on the road quickly. This is my go-to shop. I definitely recommend them!
