I’ve given this Pep Boys multiple chances, but each visit has been disappointing. Most recently, I was quoted $950 for control arm replacements, scheduled the repair, and dropped my car off. After wasting over 5 hours of my time, they called to say the cost would be $700 more due to an employee’s mistake misquoting me. The manager Mike offered no solutions or flexibility. Everyone at this Pep Boys is always very courteous and helpful. They try to get the job done as quickly as possible. Extra coupons for oil changes would be appreciated!
Nah is the man! Super helpful, experienced and has amazing customer service skills!
Wish there was just an empty space where the single star is. The service manager or whatever his position there ,Nah is correctly named. He does Nah seem to listen to a word that is said to him and does Nah give a damn.Instead he talks over and at you. I asked him three times not to touch any components other than my brake system and steering system. Dont touch my oil specifically.
