There was a huge miscommunication between me, the guy at the front desk, and probably the mechanic, where they did unnecessary services I explicitly asked them not to do and then they charged me for all of them anyway. It took several weeks to get it sorted out with the manager, but they eventually reimbursed me for their mistake. I appreciate the store manager Micah for being on top of this.
