We received incredibly fast service after having our car stall and had great customer service!
De verdad terrible el servicio, desde que entré al lugar Patrick no es nada amable. Pagamos el diagnóstico del Ac y primero no sabía que decir luego que si es un cable pero que ellos no los podían cambiar. Una experiencia terrible con esa gente pagamos para salir igual a como entramos.
The staff were so friendly and nice. They honestly repaired my car. I would recommend this place and will definitely return.
Since the shop was bought out by another owner, the quality has dropped. They used to be the best repair shop you could hope to find. Now they have a flat $99 fee to examine what might be wrong with your car. Previously, I never walked away from the quote that I was given, however, the quotes are now far higher, and they also now embed additional costs that makes you feel like you are buying a car at a dealership. Overpriced and poor customer service, which is very sad. I wish the previous owner hadn't retired.
**Important Note for customers at end of review** Overall, good service and price. I had two visit here within a couple of weeks. First visit: main reason was to have AC diagnosed, as cooling was intermittent. They successfully diagnosed and repaired a leak and replaced freon. Second reason for visit was intermittent trouble starting up the car (typically within ten minutes of turning it off after a short trip).
